Higher Lajinah for Islamic Affairs was founded with the objective of serving the Muslim community through religious guidance, social welfare, and spiritual education. From its inception, the organization has worked diligently to promote Islamic values, provide reliable Da'wah, and address the evolving needs of Muslims across Liberia and beyond. Through partnerships, outreach, and leadership, Higher Lajinah continues to uphold its mission of unifying and uplifting the Ummah.

Assalamu Alaikum. I’m Sheikh Zeidan Musa Sheriff, a graduate of Al-Azhar University (Egypt) with a Master’s degree in Islamic Jurisprudence, emphasis on Classical Arabic. I currently serve as a Liberian diplomat accredited near Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where I hold the position of Head of Mission.

Our commitment to promoting Qur’anic teachings, scholarship programs, developing Islamic women Qur’anic memorization programs, the upgrading of Imams preaching capacity to about seventy Jummah Pray mosque to the fourtheen political sub-division of Liberia, offering social services, and uniting communities under shared values has built lasting relationships based on trust and integrity.
