Higher Lajinah for Islamic Affairs & Awqaf, through its Project Manager in Lofa County, Sheikh Sekou Dakowa, is overseeing the completion of a self-help mud block mosque project initiated by the local Muslim community. This humble yet significant initiative reflects the community’s strong commitment to building a place of worship despite limited resources. The mosque, constructed from locally made mud blocks, now requires external support to complete its remaining phases: roofing, plastering, flooring, and furnishing. We encourage supporters of goodwill to see the need to complete this house of Allah.
